All VoIP hardwares from VanAccess are covered under a 13 months international warranty. We hope you never have to use it but its here to give you a peace of mind.
IMPORTANT NOTE: You MUST obtain approval from your Sales Manager in the form of a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before you return any products to us, otherwise your return WILL NOT be accepted. Returns must be sent via REGULAR POST ONLY otherwise additional charges may apply. All returns must be sent to the address specified by your Sales Manager.
Manufacturers have a limited warranty that covers factory hardware defects. The equipment sold on VanAccess.com pass the same warranty to you. There is a 13 month warranty to all VARs and resellers whereby you can pass on a 12 month warranty to your customers.
Since we carry a wide variety of products, to explicitly detail the warranty of all products would make this a very busy page. Simply stated, we stand behind the products and they are covered by warranty. Here is the synopsis of the warranties:
The warranty starts from the date of purchase. The warranty covers for defects in the original design and/or production of the equipment. We, through our relationship with the manufacturers will handle the repair of the defective products for you. The warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper use such as throwing it at your competitors as a projectile.
These are the rules of thumb regarding our warranty:
- The equipment must have been purchased from VanAccess in the first place. (I’m sure you would find that reasonable)
- Product must be returned 30 days prior to the expiration of the warranty period.
- The warranty covers your initial purchase only.
To initiate a return and warranty process, please get in touch with your sales manager. You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before you ship the products back to us.
